17. Several years ago I did the National Geographic Genome DNA Project Test and was able to get my Matrilineal Haplogroup (L3E1).
    National Geographic has the individual Tests for the Matrilineal and Patrilineal sides.
    I am awaiting the Results of my Ancestry DNA (comingled Patrilineal/Matrilineal) results..hoping to get them within the next 6 to 8 Weeks……

22. The reason why you have so many countries is because African Americans come from all places in Africa, I don't think your ancestors travelled around. If your parents did the test they'd have a mixture too, I'm sure all African Americans would. I hate that it has to be this way for African Americans.. I'm born in London but my mum is Congolese & my dad is Angolan, they flew over before i was conceived so I've never had to question my roots. But it's great that you've found out!!! <3333333

31. I'm Jamaican and my results are very similar to yours; except I'm less than 1% Nigerian and like 13% Benin Togo. Then anywhere from 1-5% these other European counties. Haitians and Jamaicans were often mixed because although Britain and France were different colonizers; Britain often sent slaves from Jamaica to Haitti be broken by the French (supposedly they were expertise :(. Now I understand why I love me some Haitian…we family 🙂
