4. My mom who is full Filipino also had a lot of Indian ancestry (especially South Indian ancestry) as well, according to Ancestry.com and GedMatch. It's so amazing how diverse most Filipinos are in their blood line.

    5% iberian peninsola
    1%italy greece

I hate how Ancestry DNA is classifying one part of our DNA as "Polynesia" but that is a misnomer, I think the more correct term would be Austronesian because none of our ancestors are from the Polynesian islands in the Pacific. It was their ancestors that originated from the Philippines. This would just confuse a lot of Filipinos into thinking that they're actually Polynesian.
